Luke's Yoda

Hello today friends and followers, hope your week is going well so far. It's the first week back to school after the Christmas holidays so it's never an easy few days. I spend the whole time thinking 'this time last week'!!
I'm trying to ease myself back into my crafting as it's really taken a back seat the last couple of weeks. My mojo has taken a little walk too so that's making things more difficult.
I thought I'd share another of my 'lost' cards today, these somehow slipped through the net last year and I am adding them to my blog bit by bit.
This one I made for my nephew who is in fact called Luke (yes, my brother was such a HUGE Star Wars fan back in the day and always said if he had a little boy he would call him Luke-just lucky his wife agreed!!) Luke is now following in Daddy's footsteps and just loves all things Star Wars and Lego.
I decided to mix the two and came up with this card. I found the image and the lego background on the internet and I dug around in the old box of lego I keep for when Luke visits and found these little bits to stick on too.  I added some punched stars and a computer generated sentiment and Luke's name was added with some foam letters coloured with Promarkers. The papers were from a set by The Works:

I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges:

Moving along with the Times #11-spots & dots
Craft Rocket #6-happy anything
Our Crafty Corner #5 -anything goes
Crafting from the Heart #93-anything goes
Craft your Passion #293 -anything goes
Sisters of Craft -anything goes
Crafty Time -anything goes

Thank you so much for stopping by today to visit and for any comments you may wish to leave.
Until next time.
Aloha
