Hello to all my friends and followers today, I hope this finds you all well and enjoying a lovely weekend.
I had a lovely day yesterday as my sister treated me to tickets to the Elvis exhibition in London for my birthday. We had the best day together and it was wonderful to see so many things that Elvis owned. The highlight of my day was seeing the red car from Blue Hawaii, which is my favourite film. We also had lunch in Nandos and spent nearly two hours just chatting, which was lovely as we don't get to do that very often.
I have had lots of fun this week making a few cards during the holidays and have been asked to do a guest designer spot on a challenge blog so had loads of fun making a card for that too-I'll share that in a post in a few weeks.
My card today is made using a cute little image called Truffle and Flowers from Digistamp Boutique. I saw this cutie on a crafty friends blog and fell in love with him so of course had to get him!
I coloured him with my Promarkers, added glitter to the flowers and cut him out with a hexagon die. Ive used papers from a pack I bought in The Works and added some little butterflies and pearls to finish with my trusty paper flowers to finish.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
Passion for Promarkers # 284-perfect pearls
Digi Choosday #7 - spring pastels
Fan Tastic #73 -anything goes-use a die
Papertake Weekly - bingo (used punches, glitter, blooms)
Crafting for all Seasons # 96 -dies & punches
The Paper Shelter # 191 - animal magic
Cute Card Thursday # 361 -floral delight
4 Crafty Chicks - # 234 -things with wings
Open Minded Crafting # 30-up in the air
Digistamp Boutique -February challenge
Well thats all from me for today, thanks so much for stopping by and for any comments you may wish to leave.
Have a fab week and until next time.
